Enable Administrator Privileges

If you are attempting to uninstall the device and the INSTALL button is grayed out, you must enable administrator privileges on the monitored device. Please follow these instructions to enable administrator privileges on an Android device.

Please note, because of several operating systems and user interfaces available on android devices this procedure may differ slightly depending on the android device you are using.

1. From the Home screen tap on APPS

2. Tap on SETTINGS

3. Tap LOCK SCREEN AND SECURITY

4. Tap OTHER SECURITY SETTINGS

5. Tap PHONE ADMINISTRATORS

6. Tap ON/OFF button to turn ON

7. Tap ACTIVATE

After completing this procedure, perform the uninstall procedure from the beginning.

    Under phone a ministration it only shows two does not show the device as you show in your diagram I'm beginning to wonder if it's an S4 not an S5

    This whole thing is all a bunch of bull shit. All of your so called reps that you say will get back to us with answers are all bullshit also. Give me back my money and quit blowing smoke up peoples ass. I'm gonna do everything in my power to locate this little sting your fuckn playing with everybody. So whomever is in charge you better reimburse me back every fuckn Pennie ASAP. If this doesn't happened in a timely matter my first step is with my lawyer and The BBB.
